Shareholders receive regular updates on asset performance, including occupancy, income, and maintenance, ensuring you are always informed.
Exit routes, including resale, refinance, or open market sale, are defined from the outset. The minimum investment term is 5 years, with the fractional owner required to give 12 months’ notice to exit in year 4. All terms are clearly set out in the agreement and shareholder agreement.
